All bookings include a 12% gratuity fee.

Bookings

  • A 50% deposit at time of booking, with balance paid 7 days prior to departure.
  • Payment in full if booked less than 7 days.
  • Accepted payments are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Deposits can be made online

Food and Beverage Options

  • We work with various catering partners from 100 oysters to charcuterie boards to your own private chef. Please call to discuss.
  • You may bring food and beverages of your choice, we charge $100 corkage, cleanup, and service fee. Our first mate will be happy to look after you and your guests.
  • No outside food or beverages allowed on board without prior authorization from Toronto Yacht Party.
  • Cooler with ice and water will be provided on each cruise at no cost.

Cancellation & Refund

  • If canceled more than 48 hours prior to departure and an alternative date can’t be secured a full refund less 10% administration fee of your deposit will be refunded.
  • If canceled within 48 hours prior to departure and an alternative date can’t be secured a full refund less 10% admin fee on the cost of the Cruise will be refunded.
  • The Captain is the only one who can cancel a cruise due to unsafe weather conditions. If canceled prior to departure an alternative date can be chosen.
  • If unsafe weather conditions occur during the cruise and we are over 60% complete no refund.
